We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative-remote to join our team of professionals for a Monday - Friday, day shift role, selling and supporting our customers with a large variety of cabinet-making and storage solution products. providing sales quotes
Work closely with outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes; research pricing and availability for various items in multiple product categories
Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
Maintain and uphold Richelieu's Five Core Values while striving to achieve and surpass our company's sales objectives
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, day shift only
Position may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds
What We Are Looking For
A motivated, customer-focused individual, eager to provide top-quality customer experiences when ordering or installing Richelieu products
Adaptive, responsive to customer and team inquiries, and an excellent communicator by phone, email, and in person
Prior inside sales, or customer service experience is helpful, ideally at a desktop of office-based setting
Inside telesales experience preferred in the industrial market.
Knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, kitchen/bath design, architectural hardware, or related building materials experience is helpful
Strong problem-solving skills; able to prioritize tasks, organized, and highly comfortable with technology (uses AS400 database software daily)
Strong sense of drive and creativity, ability to communicate persuasively and informatively with all types of customers and coworkers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Word, Outlook , and Excel for daily responsibilities and tasks
AS400 experience is helpful, but is not required
