Fulltilt Dumpster Services LLC is a fast-growing regional provider of dumpster rolloffs, concrete washout and related services with our corporate office in beautiful Park City, UT.  Fulltilt Dumpster Services is seeking a motivated communicator who thrives on building relationships over the phone. If this is you, we invite you to inquire to join our growing team where you’ll play a critical role in keeping our sales pipeline full and our customers happy.
What You’ll Do
Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to prospective and existing customers.
Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and opportunities.
Qualify prospects and hand off large opportunities to our Sales Managers.
Support our focus to maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, conversations, lead conversions).
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with customers.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Organized, motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
Prior inside sales or call center experience a plus—we’ll train the right candidate.
What You’ll Get
