Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities: Promote and sell our service department, including PM agreements, with every customer. Qualifying and quoting service work generated from tech write-ups (Dash 1s). Handles incoming customer calls and emails requesting service estimates, including effective qualifying of needs and quoting of services. Update and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com (CRM). Diligent follow up on all open opportunities/quotes and tracking progress within Salesforce. Review details of any quote/order with the customer. Maintain consistent communication with each customer. Phone calls are preferred. All activity documented in Salesforce to assist with prioritization and effective management. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Self-starter is a must. Enthusiastically works toward goals and assigned quotas as a measure of success. Mature attitude in all aspects of their work. Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadline. Ability to manage multiple projects at once with ease. Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer service skills. Highly effective in negotiations. Believes in continuous learning and always improving in order to succeed in the long-run. Experienced at diffusing challenging situations and at ease working with customers in pressure situations. Excellent follow-up skills, recognizing that follow-up is the key to success. Punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and other cloud based products. Solid numeracy / mathematical skills. Excellent problem-solver with strong attention to details and accuracy. Shows enthusiasm and demonstrates a positive attitude. Works well in a team environment, being supportive and eager to help.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting. Frequent telephone use, speaks and hears well enough to communicate with others. Must be able to see well enough to read the computer screen, drawings, etc. Grasping/Feeling: must be able to write, type, manipulate a mouse and use telephone system. Ability to think and process information quickly, clearly and accurately.
