This isn't your typical sales role - you'll work exclusively with warm leads (no cold calling!) who are already excited about starting their businesses. You'll consult on our comprehensive suite of services including legal documentation, trademarks, business credit, and website development, becoming the go-to expert who helps entrepreneurs succeed from day one. With our proven training program, supportive team environment, and uncapped commission structure, you'll have everything you need to thrive while making a real impact on people's lives and business aspirations. This position will be onsite at our Las Vegas, NV office. You will Reach out to warm leads nationwide who are already motivated to launch their businesses. You have Thrives in goal-oriented environments and enjoys the energy of a fast-paced, results-driven workplace Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and build lasting client relationships. Self-driven and loves being in control of their own destiny - no hand-holding needed, just the freedom to excel and grow. Has that special spark that draws people in and the confidence to guide conversations toward win-win outcomes. Brings some customer service experience (even part-time or retail counts!) and genuinely cares about creating amazing experiences for every person they help. Sales experience is awesome but not required - if there's passion and work ethic, we'll teach everything else needed to succeed! Comfortable with technology and excited to learn new systems that will help crush goals. High School Diploma or GED

Actual compensation will depend on several factors but the annual average salary is around $85,000+. You will also receive a full range of benefits including PTO, 401K w/match, Health/Dental Insurance, Health & Fitness Allowance and Education Assistance.
