This role is ideal for a motivated Inside Sales leader who thrives on coaching others, staying close to the action, and creating a culture where sales goals are consistently metor exceeded. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) focused on outbound and inbound appointment-setting.
  • Coach Inside Sales Representatives consistently to improve tone, delivery, and KPI conversionthrough live feedback, call reviews, regular performance development sessions, and ongoing quality assurance monitoring to uphold sales standards.
  • Monitor key sales performance metrics daily to ensure team productivity, lead conversion efficiency, and consistent pipeline growth.
  • Conduct morning huddles, weekly performance check-ins, and individual 1:1s to keep the team aligned with business needs.
  • Proactively demonstrate effective sales conversations to model pitch structure and tone, reinforcing best practices and supporting ongoing team development.
  • Ensure consistent team coverage and schedule alignment to maximize productivity and maintain momentum during peak lead flow periods.
  • Support additional sales initiatives and operational tasks as needed to ensure overall team success and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales team leadership in a call center environment (Lead generation call center experience a plus)
  • Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams in quota-driven environments, with a deep understanding of sales KPIs and how to strategically influence them through daily team management and execution.
  • Brings a coach's mindset with the ability to unlock potential, motivate individuals, and leverage recognition and incentives to drive performance and exceed business targets.
  • High energy, results driven, and willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends).
  • Manage customer escalations with professionalism and urgency, leveraging strong contact center leadership and customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues and protect the brand experience.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and resilience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
