Inside Sales Supervisor Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Required 2 Saturdays per month, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Please note: If you work a Saturday, you'll have a day off between Wednesday-Friday to create a 5 day week. Pay: $65K + Monthly Performance Incentives Location: 100% Onsite in Lewisville, TX Duration: Full-Time | Direct Hire! Be a permanent employee from day one. Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and support a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for monitoring daily activity, providing coaching and training, and ensuring every interaction meets company standards in a fast-paced, call center environment. The supervisor will use data and AI tools to track performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable feedback. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to create a positive team culture while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance Conduct daily reviews of inside sales calls using AI tools to evaluate adherence to scripts, policies, and procedures. Lead regular 1:1 coaching sessions to provide constructive feedback on areas of improvement and commend achievements. Participate in live agent development through side-by-sides, live listening, and on-the-spot support conversations. Coaching and Training Identify individual and team training needs based on quality assessments. Deliver structured coaching sessions to address skill gaps, procedure adherence, and sales techniques. Collaborate with management to develop and implement ongoing training programs. Data Analysis Analyze quality assurance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and success stories. Prepare and present regular performance reports to management. Collaboration Partner closely with inside sales agents to ensure continued growth within the department. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment through clear communication and support. Qualifications 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales or call center environments. 2+ years of previous experience in quality assurance or coaching role required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Knowledge of CRM software
