Minnesota Rusco is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our Inside Sales Team. This role focuses on coaching employees, fostering a positive and productive environment, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing: Provide thorough on-the-job training for new hires, including products, rebuttals, Salesforce, Revenue I.O., and other systems. Assist the Inside Sales Director in developing ongoing training programs for current staff. Hold team members accountable for performance and behavior expectations. Monitor agent activity and provide timely feedback, including praise and corrective guidance. Conduct accountability meetings with agents to review performance metrics. Ensure the team achieves and exceeds monthly goals. Manage office opening and closing procedures. Maintain a 65% or higher Issue Rate (Confirmed/Total Set). Ensure team and individual minimum call expectations are met. Monitor and maintain expected set rates for the team. Perform other duties as assigned to support team and company objectives.
