Job Overview: We are seeking a customer service oriented and adaptable Inside Sales Support Specialist I to join our team. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting both our sales and customer service departments and ensuring seamless operations through our sales regions.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for processing and managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Prepare and distribute daily and monthly sales performance updates.
- Maintain and monitor the inventory overage report, tracking inventory levels and resolving discrepancies.
- Represent the company during facility tours for visiting customers, providing company overviews as needed.
- Compile and analyze distributor performance rankings for internal reporting.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to support day-to-day operations across designated territories.
- Assist with special projects and assignments from sales leadership and executive management.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, including preferences and communication details.
- Generate and distribute monthly V.I. statements in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to support projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in email communications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to compile, interpret, and present data-driven reports.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach.
