The Inside Sales & Support Specialist role will be responsible for supporting our field sales team, management of assigned accounts, retention and growth of existing account base, and lead generation. The Inside Sales and Support Specialist will report to the Inside Sales & Support Supervisor.
Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ·        Quoting, bid, and RFP support ·        Entering contacts, opportunities, and cases into our CRM ·        Collaborate with our fulfilment team and/or suppliers to provide order status updates, identify alternative parts for backorders ·        Collaborate with our operations team on cases related to our customer catalogs and pricing ·        Tradeshow attendance as needed ·        Perform lead follow-up and verification. ·        Customer visits to specified accounts as needed ·        Coordinate and lead quarterly business reviews, monitor established performance metrics and scorecard reports ·        Monitor existing customer contracts and understand contractual obligations and commitments ·        Proactive communication and support with assigned accounts to increase sales, drive promotions, verify customer satisfaction, provide pricing and special quotes. ·        Review customer purchasing histories to gain insights and opportunities for penetration and growth. ·        Align with sales team initiatives and strategies to target and develop new accounts within the prescribed segmentation/territory.
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Neta Scientific, Inc. normally is open for business from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be assigned a work schedule and you will be expected to begin and end work according to the schedule. To accommodate the needs of our business, at some point we may need to change individual work schedules on either a short-term or long-term basis.
Travel As required to meet the business needs of the organization, customers and suppliers.
Required Education and Experience BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution or Related Work Experience 1-3 years of experience in sales, inside sales/support Salesforce or CRM experience preferred Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary Range : Starting at 55k, based on experience, quarterly commission eligibility after a period of time
