We're seeking a full-time Inside Sales & Support Specialist based in Vernon Hills, IL. In this hybrid customer service and inside sales role, you’ll support our customers and retail partners with care, professionalism, and a focus on growth. What You’ll Do Provide responsive, friendly customer service via phone, email, and chat. Support and grow B2B relationships with yoga studios, gyms, wellness centers, and retailers. Upsell and cross-sell products that enhance the customer experience and increase order value. Process orders, returns, quotes, and special requests accurately and efficiently. Proactively follow up on open orders, incomplete transactions, and leads. Track and manage customer engagement using our CRM and reporting tools. Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth operations from order to delivery. Stay current on product lines and promotions to confidently educate and assist customers. Occasionally represent the brand at trade shows or local events. What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support. Excellent communication skills—written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with CRM and customer service software platforms. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset. Interest in yoga, wellness, or conscious living is a big plus.
