Creation of quotations / estimates for customer projects under guidance of balance of team. Conversion of quotations / estimates to orders / invoices via processing customer purchase orders with guidance from balance of team. Management of a variety of sales reports including backlog, sales analysis, and accounts receivable reports. Coordination of open order technical support documentation. Coordinate logistics for shipment of outgoing orders with production facility. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals across departments. Oral & Written Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats. Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and documentation. Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service and support. Professionalism: Maintains a courteous, responsible, and service-oriented demeanor in all workplace interactions. Filing & Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and efficiency in managing records, files, and documentation. Planning & Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines. Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel. Math Aptitude: Solid mathematical and analytical skills. Pre-Employment Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Education: A bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred. A variety of majors will be considered based on relevance to the role. However, candidates without a degree who have completed relevant college coursework or possess strong professional experience are also encouraged to apply
