We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist Leadperson for our Orders Department.

We will be looking for the following qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Business or related field, preferred.
• Good word, excel, and math skills.
• Ability to work independently, detail oriented, accurate.
• Not required but would be a plus:
  • customer service-related experience
  • experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • familiarity with an ERP/MRP system
  • experience as a leadperson or supervisor
  • foreign language skills

Job duties will include:

• leading the Customer Service group
• processing customer orders and preparing quotations
• responding to customers and following up regarding order status
• resolving customer questions and issues
• working with other departments to ensure timely shipments
• communicating repair and technical information to customers
• assist with our field service order process through final customer invoicing

In addition, the Customer Service Specialist Leadperson will train members of the Customer Service group and support departmental growth.
