What You’ll Do As an Insurance Account Representative , you’ll play a vital role in helping clients feel confident about their future. You will:
Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through phone, email, and video calls
Conduct virtual policy reviews and deliver personalized recommendations for auto, home, life, and health insurance
Manage customer needs with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Leverage product expertise to provide clear explanations and solutions to both warm and cold leads
Collaborate with the Agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals
Represent our agency with integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence—every single day
What We’re Looking For We want motivated professionals who are ready to learn, grow, and make an impact. Here’s what will set you up for success:
1+ years of sales experience with proven results
Bilingual (Spanish) – strongly preferred
A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain within 30 days—training support provided)
Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
Self-discipline, reliability, and time-management in a remote work setting
Comfortable using CRMs, video conferencing, and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
