Insurance Sales Representative: This is an in-office position

Are you highly motivated, results-driven individual with experience in insurance sales? We're looking for a dynamic Insurance Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calls, following up on internet leads, and building strong relationships with circles of influence.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up on internet-generated leads
  • Present and sell insurance products to meet client needs
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with circles of influence
  • Stay Informed about industry trends, products, and competition

Requirements
  • Previous experience in insurance sales (preferred)
  • Property and Casualty License (preferred)
  • Life and Health License (preferred)
  • Experience using CRM software to manage leads and customer information
  • Great computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in cold calling and closing sales
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Comfortable working with clients in person as well as over the phone developing long term relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to handle rejection
