We are 30+ employees strong and sell Property and Casualty products in the State of Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Here is what a typical day looks like:

Make a high volume of out-going calls to provided warm leads.

Advise clients on insurance products that work for them

Sharpen your sales abilities with training and coaching


Our interview process consists of:

  • A quick Phone Interview
  • A video Interview
  • A Final Interview

Our hiring process typically takes about a week


Must Have: Active Insurance License (or Willingness to Obtain One, We Can Help!)

Responsibilities

Manage and organize a sales pipeline

Make outbound calls to provided qualified, warm leads

Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risk

Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer

Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client


Requirements
  • Licensing: Must obtain and maintain an active Minnesota Insurance License upon employment.
  • Experience: No previous insurance experience required but a desire to learn the industry is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Oriented: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and meeting clients insurance needs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to understand and apply insurance knowledge to real-world scenarios.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work effectively within a sales team.
  • Drive: Self-motivated and eager to achieve sales goals and quotas.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for client management and engagement.
