  • Develop personalized insurance solutions for clients, including Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance
  • Foster strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Provide clients with risk assessments and advice tailored to their needs
  • Utilize technology and digital tools to streamline and enhance the client experience
  • Work toward milestone bonuses as you achieve agency goals and milestones

Requirements
  • Sales experience, particularly in a client-facing role
  • Proven track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and succeed
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Property and Casualty License (required)
  • Life and Health License (preferred at least 6 months into employment)
  • 1 year of Insurance experience preferred
