Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to recommend appropriate insurance products.

Provide clients with information on policies, premiums, and coverage options, ensuring they make informed decisions.

Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.

Follow up with leads and prospective clients to close sales and meet established goals.

Manage customer service needs, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns.

Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and market conditions to best serve clients.

Maintain and update accurate client records in the system.


Requirements

Prior insurance sales experience required with Property and Casualty Producer license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to learn new products and services quickly.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
