Needed: Organized individual with great self management skills for an INSURANCE SALES AGENT in our busy Bellingham Allstate agency. We are looking for someone who is competitive and loves helping people and building relationships. Help potential clients by putting together insurance proposals, educating and making the sale! Need someone with great follow up and attention to detail. Job will entail some run over service work when the Customer Service Specialists are on the phone or on vacation. Fun , friendly and beautiful office.


NO insurance experience necessary, but greatly appreciated - we will train you - just need a positive attitude, like helping people and able to write a nice email

Responsibilities

- Knowledge of ALL Allstate products

- Create client insurance proposals, present and follow up or complete the sale

- Call on lists, leads, and answer warm transfers

- Complete follow up paperwork for all sales

- Make use of EVERY CLIENT COMMUNICATION

- Uses creativity and problem solving

- Asks for referrals

- Creates 25% of their own leads from outside source

- Networks and check in regularly with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, insurance brokers, title companies

- Follow up Follow up Follow up Follow up :)


Requirements

WA State Personal Lines License REQUIRED - we can help you obtain

Must pass background check as required by Allstate
