Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and helping customers find the right insurance products to fit their needs.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and agency-provided leads

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, business, etc.)

• Present, quote, and sell insurance policies that best suit customer needs

• Provide excellent service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention

• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets

• Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred (but not required)

• Active insurance license (Property & Casualty / Life & Health) or willingness to obtain in 90 days

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

• Proficient with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
