Responsibilities
- Sell and Solicit/Provide information about insurance products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Present and explain policy options clearly and persuasively
- Develop, maintain and improve knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and networking opportunities with our lead management systems
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and daily performance goals
- Maintain accurate records and handle client inquiries professionally
- Follow our proven sales process in every sales interaction
- Assist other team members as necessary
Requirements
- No Experience Required
- Highly motivated and results-driven personality
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Strong interpersonal skills a true people person
- Confidence in sales and ability to overcome objections
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently
- Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to obtain necessary insurance licensing
