We specialize in homeowners insurance and most commercial products including workers comp, BOPs, commercial auto, excess liability, bonds, and more. Our target industries are artisan contractors, restaurants and bars, retail, habitational, HOAs, civic organizations, and commercial property to name a few.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication, needs assessments, and follow-up
• Sell Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and businesses based on their unique needs
• Provide expert guidance on insurance coverage options and explain policy terms clearly to clients
• Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, outbound calls, and community engagement
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the agency, including premium targets and client acquisition metrics
• Process policy applications and endorsements accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies
• Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and underwriting guidelines
• Cross-sell additional lines of insurance and offer tailored coverage recommendations
• Contribute to a positive office culture by collaborating with team members and participating in agency initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Life & Health license a plus
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
• Proven track record in insurance sales is required
