As an Insurance Agent, you will: Build relationships with credit union members and offer tailored insurance solutions Drive referrals and acquire new business opportunities Collaborate with credit union staff to identify sales opportunities Meet or exceed sales goals and report performance metrics Accurately complete and submit all necessary documentation Uphold our Core Values: Caring, Drive, Resilience, Integrity, Passion What We're Looking For Proven track record in sales (insurance experience a plus) Tech-savvy with strong communication skills Motivated, positive, and coachable attitude Able to travel to worksites as needed Qualifications Valid insurance sales license (or willingness to obtain) Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and ethical sales practices
