Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Hit and exceed sales targets by meeting new business production goals and objectives
  • Prospect aggressively through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and lead sources
  • Create and deliver compelling insurance quotes and presentations that close deals
  • Build and maintain referral networks with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals
  • Generate new business opportunities through consistent prospecting and relationship-building

Requirements
  • Licensing: Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (well guide you through the process).
  • Coachability: Open to learning, receptive to feedback, and eager to grow.
  • Positive Energy: Brings an enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional attitude every day.
  • Drive & Initiative: A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
