Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Hit and exceed sales targets by meeting new business production goals and objectives
- Prospect aggressively through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and lead sources
- Create and deliver compelling insurance quotes and presentations that close deals
- Build and maintain referral networks with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals
- Generate new business opportunities through consistent prospecting and relationship-building
Requirements
- Licensing: Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (well guide you through the process).
- Coachability: Open to learning, receptive to feedback, and eager to grow.
- Positive Energy: Brings an enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional attitude every day.
