Responsibilities Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and warm leads. Engage and qualify prospects to ensure a smooth handoff to licensed sales producers. Follow call scripts and adjust conversations based on customer responses. Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude on every call. Accurately document lead interactions and appointment details. Meet or exceed daily and weekly call goals. Contribute to a fun, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
Requirements Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Strong communication and people skills. Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to handle rejection and stay positive. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. No prior insurance experience is requiredjust a great attitude and willingness to learn!
