The Feld-Miller Agency in Littleton, Colorado is searching for an organized and motivated leader to step into the role of Full-Time Insurance Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a growth mindset and the determination to lead a dynamic team.
As a Sales Manager, youll play a key role in shaping the sales culture and strategies of our team. Were looking for someone who can lead with vision, provide hands-on coaching, and strategically guide our team toward achieving company goals. Your expertise in insurance sales and strong organizational skills will help foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
In addition to a competitive annual base salary, this position offers opportunities for additional compensation through commissions and bonuses, along with long-term advancement potential by learning to become your own Agency owner.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Training: Be a visible presence on Zoom and in-office to manage and motivate both remote and local team members. Lead training sessions focused on essential sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement strategies.
- Performance Coaching: Regularly review live and recorded calls to provide actionable feedback on sales conversations, helping team members refine their approach and improve success rates.
- Sales Oversight: Monitor individual and team performance to ensure goals are met. Step in as needed to handle new business inquiries, supporting team members and ensuring optimal customer service.
- Quality Control: Audit new business transactions for accuracy and compliance, providing coaching on best practices and maintaining high standards across all client interactions.
- Goal Setting & Achievement: Work closely with the team to set, pursue, and surpass new business production goals. Develop strategies to exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Product & Compliance Knowledge: Stay current with underwriting and compliance standards, as well as new insurance products, to support informed decision-making and training.
- Innovation & Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Actively contribute to team brainstorming sessions and agency growth initiatives.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed of industry changes and support the teams growth.
Requirements
Full-time employment: M-Th: 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. MST; F: 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
- Proven success in previous sales roles with at least 5+ years of insurance sales experience.
- Strong leadership qualities with a talent for strategy, coaching, and motivating a team.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
- Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate others, set a good example, and inspire others.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
