Lead, coach, and motivate a team of insurance producers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Monitor daily producer activity and results using Agency Zoom, Apex, and office tracking systems.

Run weekly meetings, promotions, and contests to maintain sales momentum.

Support producers with lead follow-up, cross-selling strategies, and process improvements.

Qualify and set appointments for new commercial leads through LinkedIn and email outreach.

Meet minimum team production standards.

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.

Recruit, onboard, and train new talent to maintain a top-tier team.

Analyze sales performance and implement improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Foster strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.

Active Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health license must be obtained if not already held)

Proven success in insurance sales or sales leadership

Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills

Goal-driven with the ability to inspire and hold others accountable

Excellent communication and customer service skills
