Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and deliver personalized solutions.
Sales Development: Drive sales through prospecting, lead conversion, and building strong relationships with a diverse client base.
Marketing Strategies: Implement effective marketing strategies to promote Farmers Insurance products and attract new clients.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of various insurance products and services offered to provide optimal customer solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and report on results, utilizing data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirement
Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of insurance sales or marketing experience preferred.
