Salary & Compensation:

Starting compensation range: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate insurance quotes, present comprehensive coverage options, and effectively close sales.
  • Develop and expand a client base through professional networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
  • Offer personalized advice and solutions to meet clients' unique insurance needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to obtain required state insurance licenses (full training provided).
