Farmers Insurance District 95 (Austin, TX) is seeking a motivated and competitive Insurance Sales Producer to join one of our local agency teams.

As an Agency Producer, you'll work directly under an established Farmers Agency Owner, gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management. This role is ideal for driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building connections, and want to develop a rewarding career in insurance sales.

You'll be the face of the agency engaging with clients, providing solutions that protect what matters most, and driving growth for the business.

Responsibilities Collaborate with your mentor Agent to develop the confidence and skills needed to become a high-performing producer. Prepare accurate insurance quotes using customer information, policy data, and underwriting tools. Assess each clients needs to recommend the most appropriate coverage options. Engage with prospective customers through calls, texts, and emails to drive sales and retention. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products. Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.

Requirement Genuine willingness to learn and be coachable. Must pass a background check. Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ambition. Prior sales or customer service experience (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (District support available).
