We are looking for an ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This role is designed for individuals who are hungry to grow into a six-figure career. Over time, as your book of business grows, your compensation will increase, new business quotas will decrease, and scheduling flexibility will expand, ultimately creating a path toward an office-optional career.
- Base Salary: $30,000
- First Year Earnings Potential: $47,000-$114,000
- PTO, evenings and weekends off
- Hybrid remote position after proven production

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to gather client information and identify coverage needs
- Prepare and present insurance quotes using agency systems and tools
- Close sales and write policies to meet weekly and monthly premium goals
- Provide exceptional follow-up and deliver an excellent customer experience
