We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a client-focused environment, take ownership of their results, and are eager to grow their career in insurance. You will be responsible for generating leads, selling policies, and building strong client relationships, all while having the flexibility to create a balance between your work and personal life.

  • Compensation: $24-$34 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals set with management
  • Generate, manage, and follow up on leads with accountability and persistence
  • Expand product knowledge and remain aligned with agency standards
  • Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships through authentic communication
  • Work Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, unless flexible arrangements are approved

Requirements
  • An active insurance license is required
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Confident and caring communication style that builds trust with clients
  • Detail-oriented and self-disciplined in mastering product knowledge
  • Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally and move forward
