Great, your base salary will start at $38,500 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $12,000.00 Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $45,000.00, and our top earners made $24,0000 in commission last year. Industry Knowledge: Continuously update personal knowledge on industry developments, ensuring clients receive informed guidance.
