Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Proactively connect with potential and current clients in Greeley, Colorado, to discuss their insurance needs and provide solutions.

Sales Generation: Drive the growth of new business by identifying and pursuing sales prospects within the local community.

Policy Advisory: Offer expert guidance on insurance plans, helping clients select the best coverage options that suit their unique needs.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and market trends to deliver up-to-date advice to clients.

Community Involvement: Engage actively with the local community to enhance the reputation and visibility of Joseph Unruh American Family Insurance.


Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid Colorado Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Customer-Centric: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Problem Solving: Ability to assess clients' needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
