Were seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about helping others protect what matters most. In this role, youll connect with prospective clients, build long-term relationships, and present personalized insurance solutions backed by one of the most trusted names in the industry.
First-year expected earnings: $45,000-$65,000 (base salary + commission + performance bonuses)

Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, lead follow-up, and client outreach
Identify customer needs and recommend coverage options that align with their goals
Manage a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM systems
Provide exceptional service and policy support throughout the client journey
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Participate in ongoing product and industry training
Requirement
Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role
An active insurance license is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to close business and meet performance targets
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using sales tools, CRM platforms, and follow-up systems
Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset
