We are hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-office team. This role provides tailored insurance solutions to new and existing clients while earning substantial commissions from high-quality, inbound leads. No cold calling is needed; we supply the volume, and you bring the value.

  • Base hourly wage plus uncapped commission and monthly bonuses
  • First-year earning potential: $55,000$65,000 OR MORE

We are looking for long term employees seeking a career path in the Property and Casualty Insurance market (Home, Auto, Liability Insurance etc.), among many other insurance types. We do not "burn and turn" good candidates, as it's a waste for all of us. We invest heavily in great staff.

*First year income potential is $55k-65k+, 2nd year $60k-70k+, 3rd year $70k+ or more.. your limit is based on your own work and drive for success, all inclusive. Plus Benefits like Health insurance Etc.* This is achieved through Desire and Skill.

Responsibilities
  • Foremost - Present, Sell and Close customers on Insurance Protection they NEED and DESIRE
  • Take inbound calls from individuals actively seeking insurance products
  • Educate clients on personal lines of insurance, including auto, home, and liability
  • Make outbound calls to leads given, follow-up calls, and cross-sell to existing customers
  • Build lasting relationships with clients while meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
  • Use agency tools and automation systems to stay organized and efficient
  • Stay in Compliance with Company, State, and Agency standards

Requirements
  • Either an active Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within training period (P&C 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 licenses are acceptable)
  • Must work on-site in St. Petersburg, FL
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and strong ethical standards
  • Excellent communication, education, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and excited to learn new strategies daily
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
