Responsibilities Acquire new clients by selling auto, homeowners, umbrella, renters insurance, and other products. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent written and verbal communication. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone. Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.

Requirement Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred). Positive personality with a great attitude and resourcefulness. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Create relationships from a cold start. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
