We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to engage with clients, provide tailored insurance options, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers an hourly base salary plus commission, with earning potential ranging from $40,000 - $60,000 depending on performance and experience.

We will pay for licensing

• Engage with potential clients to present insurance options and answer their questions.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor insurance policies to individual client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and superior customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product changes, and policy updates to effectively communicate value to clients.

• Licensing: UT Property & Casualty License (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients.
• Customer Focus: Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
