We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our award-winning team in downtown Little Rock. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to start a career in insurance sales. You will receive hands-on training and company-paid coaching to ensure your success. First-year compensation can range between $40,000 - $75,000 per year.

Responsibilities Meet new business production goals to drive agency growth. Present and explain insurance policy options tailored to clients' needs and goals. Foster strong relationships with customers to build client loyalty and retention. Call potential clients to provide insurance quotes. Use our lead management system to follow up with potential clients. Continuously develop sales skills through training and coaching.
Requirement Must possess a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license. Have a positive mindset and be eager to learn. Be a team player who is customer-focused and self-driven. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Be coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
