Were looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, youll educate clients, build trust, and provide personalized insurance solutions that truly make a difference. We offer a base salary, plus commission opportunities with great earning potential. Candidates can make between $30,000 - $60,000 per year. Licensing is required to begin earning commission, but if youre not licensed yet, well cover your licensing costs as long as you obtain your license within 3 months of hire. The more you grow and meet your goals, the higher your commission rates and career progression.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects
- Build lasting trust with clients through relationship-based selling
- Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Educate clients on insurance options to create value and protection
- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 monthscosts reimbursed)
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to overcome objections and think quickly
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Relationship-focused sales approach
