Responsibilities Client Consultation: Provide personalized consultations to potential and current clients, understanding their unique insurance needs. Policy Promotion: Actively promote various insurance policies, focusing on fitting options to the client's specific requirements. Lead Generation: Proactively seek and identify potential clients through networking and community engagement. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products to existing clients for comprehensive coverage. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to offer clients the best options available.
Requirement Licensing: A valid insurance license is preferred. Must obtained within 90 days of hired. Licensing assistance available. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly beneficial. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
