Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative – Entry Level to Experienced | $16–$24/hr + Bonus + Commission

Location: Montgomery, AL
Compensation: $16.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

• Create personalized quotes and close new business

• Build client relationships through value-based conversations and trust

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person outreach

• Participate in community and marketing events to grow your pipeline

• Track sales activity using our State Farm CRM tools

What You Need:
