Responsibilities
  • Learn to meet sales goals and agency objectives with the support of your team.
  • Build connections with clients, local businesses, and community members.
  • Call leads, share insurance options, and guide customers toward the right coverage.
  • Provide friendly, professional service and treat every customer like family.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and community outreach.
  • Take part in training to build your sales skills and insurance knowledge.

Requirements
  • Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license (training and support provided) or currently possesses a license.
  • No prior insurance experience required! Sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is a plus.
  • Positive, outgoing personality with a drive to succeed.
  • Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and digital tools.
  • Career-focused and eager to grow into leadership or encourage your coworkers to achieve more.
