Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based commission with target compensation of $120,000. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance.

Responsibilities Client Consultation: Develop an understanding of client needs to provide bespoke insurance solutions. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by cross-selling and upselling insurance products. Client Retention: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Morningside Insurance Groups offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients. Compliance: Adhere to all necessary regulations and standards within the insurance industry. Communication: Engage with clients through phone and email correspondences, ensuring transparency and professional interactions.
Requirement Licensing: Possession of an active Iowa Property & Casualty License is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous but not mandatory. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer Service: Must have a customer-centric approach with a focus on meeting client needs. Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to remain productive and engaged in a fully remote setting. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and market conditions. Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital communication tools and CRM systems is beneficial. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
