As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business and nurturing client relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable policy options. Responsibilities
  • Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, outbound calls, and community outreach (leads provided)
  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes clearly and professionally
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth

Requirements

Licensing: Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license Preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Experience: Sales experience preferred, insurance background a plus

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.

Customer Focused: Strong drive to provide exceptional client service and meet their expectations.

Motivation: High level of enthusiasm towards achieving sales targets and building relationships.
