Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Be outstanding at relationship building. Initiate phone calls, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities. Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, phone calls, and lead databases. Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirement Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Prior Sales Experience. Must be highly self-motivated. Professional phone etiquette. Be capable of handling customer rejection. Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred. No insurance experience required, but must be willing to learn Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty, and Life, Accident, and Health licenses Create relationships from a cold start. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
