Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively communicate with both potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.

Policy Recommendations: Analyze clients' current insurance coverage and recommend adjustments or additional policies.

Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets by promoting and selling various insurance products.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-ups with prospects to ensure closure of sales opportunities.

Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and new products to ensure that clients receive timely and relevant information.

Documentation: Ensure that all client interactions and transactions are properly documented in the agency's systems.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and sales techniques.


Requirements

Licensing: Valid Illinois Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication.

Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

Motivated: High self-motivation and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
