Salary: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 + per year

Solicits new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Consults with customers and advises on various aspects of insurance.

Analyzes customer portfolios to provide enhanced insurance solutions.

Meets new business production goals and objectives.

Develops insurance quotes, generates sales.

Processes customer policy change requests.

Handles incoming claim calls from customers.

Possesses a strong willingness to learn and is resourceful, with a great work ethic.

Possesses a positive attitude, confident, uplifting, caring and is an overall good team player.

Thrives in a competitive but uplifting environment.

Strong ability to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up, with a sense of urgency.

Self-starter who works well independently.

Previous work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing

preferred.

Property & casualty and life & health licenses preferred, but will provide training to become

licensed.

Ability to learn quickly and then apply the skill learned

Can adapt and improve to set higher goals for themselves and others
