Responsibilities Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community involvement. Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments and provide personalized recommendations to clients. Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, including coverage limits, deductibles, and premiums. Review and update client policies as needed, ensuring they have adequate coverage. Process policy changes, policy renewals, and policy cancellations. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely and accurate information. Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.

Requirement Requirements: Active Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred.. Prior experience in sales required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
