Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and retention goals.
Insurance Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on insurance options, tailoring solutions to best suit their individual requirements.
Client Retention: Implement strategies to improve client retention, addressing any concerns and providing proactive solutions.
Product Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and market trends to better serve clients.
Administrative Duties: Handle all relevant sales documentation and record-keeping in compliance with company policies.
Requirement
Licensing: Active Colorado P&C insurance license or the ability to obtain within 30 days is required.
Must live within 30 minutes of Durango to ensure office coverage even in winter weather.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales or a customer service role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focused: Demonstrated capability to understand and meet the needs of clients efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and challenges.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve company goals.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with computers and ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check.
