Responsibilities Client Engagement: Actively connect with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions. Lead Generation: Seek out potential new clients and opportunities to grow the client base. Policy Customization: Tailor insurance policies to meet the individual needs of clients and their families. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, managing accounts, and resolving issues promptly. Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to better serve clients and identify new sales opportunities.
Requirement Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Must obtain license within 30 days of hire. Licensing assistance available. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
